Shepaug Crossing consists of 20 estate-sized lots on 280 acres in Litchfield County, Connecticut. Homesites range from 3.5 to 20+ acres, and boast stunning vistas of rolling hills, fruit orchards, and private wooded settings along the Shepaug River. Over 80 acres of the surrounding land has been donated to Open Space which will help protect the Shepaug River and preserve the pristine, private, and bucolic settings that surround our community at Shepaug Crossing. Our architects work with each client directly to create the perfect home in the beautiful foothills of Connecticut's Berkshire Mountains.
